RECRUITMENT
Full-service assistance from the selection process up to deployment
Once the right candidates have been pooled and meticulously assessed by the Eligardi team, the short-listing process begins.
Potential candidates are briefed and guided in preparation for the selection interview with prospective employers.
Accordingly, Eligardi assists in collecting all required documents for processing work visa applications and all POEA certifications of successful applicants. We make sure candidates have complete documentation and screening by the time they are screened by the employer.

As early as formative university years, Eligardi takes an active role in the development and welfare of future overseas foreign works (OFWs). Our team conducts career talks and consultation sessions to connect and inspire prospective Filipino talent to consider work opportunities offshore.
Moreover, Eligardi assists in providing foundational tools (e.g. local support groups, host country protection laws, etc.) to workers to ease their assimilation and fuel success in their posts abroad.
At Eligardi, our team makes an effort to assist the Filipino worker at every stage of their working journey. For all of the blessings that our company has had over its 55-year existence, we at Eligardi know that we would not be here if it were not for the countless Filipinos who we have assisted and deployed overseas. It is because of their sweat and tears that we continue to be of service today. The desire of Filipinos for a better life abroad continues to fuel our own desire to help our countrymen and ultimately our country. As one of our founders said, in helping 1 Filipino find a job abroad. we are actually helping at least 5 more here at home. We hope to continue our goal of helping every other Filipino find a better life, for themselves and for their families. Helping them will in turn help our nation.
Through our partner foundation, Phil Expats, as well as the assistance of our partner organizations and clients, we have found our small ways of giving back to the Filipino people and to our nation. Our passion projects run from the enablement of movement via bicycles, development through establish educational facilities, health care through community centers, and to virtual education for university students with partner organizations. We believe that there is always a way to give back to our communities and to our mother land. We look forward to more altruistic efforts with partners, from past, current, and in the future.
